How to Select Comparisons
Comparisons are populated by the statistical contrasts defined in your Study Design. Use the “Select Comparison” drop-down to choose the statistical contrast to be shown.
The Discovery Panel Report shows one contrast at a time, while the Heliogram visualization allows you to select multiple contrasts, from one up to six at a time.
