Updating Liver Disease Diagnoses: 2023 MASLD Decision Tree

In 2023, the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease and its members announced an update to nomenclature around common diagnostic acronyms. A multi-society Delphi consensus agreed to update the following nomenclature surrounding liver disease.

To assist with understanding the new terminology, the AASLD created this decision tree for easy reference.
