Instructions:
- Enter Session ID
- Enter your Name
- Click Join Session
- Run/Install the download program file
- Once support session is connected, Click YES when Switch Presenter Request you to
become the Presenter
- Locate the
icon on your System Tray
- Right click and select Remote Control, and select the Support Personnel name that
you want to give access to control your pc.
